As we reach the end of another fantastic school year, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the incredible attendance achievements of our #TeamOcklynge children. 🤩🙌 Today, we recognised and celebrated our learners who have demonstrated excellent commitment to school attendance throughout the year, including a special celebration for our 100% attenders across the 2025/26 academic year. What an incredible achievement! 🎉🏫⭐ A huge WELL DONE to all of our learners who achieved ‘Good’ attendance (96%+) this year. Every day in school matters, and your commitment to learning, friendships, personal development and school life has been fantastic to see. 🙌 Last week’s end of year celebrations also included a special shout-out to our highest attenders in each year group, with ice cream treats awarded in recognition of their achievement. Well done to every child who has made attendance a priority this year! At #TeamOcklynge, we know that 100% attendance isn't always achievable and that families can face challenges beyond their control. That's why our Senior Leadership Team and Mrs Forbes, our dedicated Attendance Officer, work closely with families throughout the year to provide support wherever possible and help every child access the opportunities school provides.🎉🏫⭐ School is so much more than classroom-based learning! Being in school every day helps children maximise their learning, build confidence, develop positive wellbeing, strengthen friendships, enjoy extracurricular opportunities and, most importantly, feel a genuine sense of belonging and inclusion within our school community.
