Recently, Mrs Emmett (Associate Headteacher) and Mr Clay (Teacher of Year 6) accompanied 8 #TeamYear6 learners in recognition of their hard work and behavior in line with our school values, to the The Amex Stadium Brighton Brighton & Hove Albion FC after being invited to take part in a Literacy/Maths/STEM activity day. What a treat for our young learners. A great day out, a big WELL DONE to our learners for their contribution, effort and behavior on the day. You were all brilliant and should be very proud - we certainly are. We spoke to Charlie S, Year 6 student in attendance that day, who said:- "We had a great time at Brighton & Hove Albion FC Amex Stadium, it was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed meeting lots of different people who are involved in the club, that I wouldn't have ordinarily have known about or, certainly, met - it was really interesting! Overall, a great day and change to practice our team building skills. We had a really good day, thanks for taking us".
